Cancellations and Refunds
1. Order Cancellation by Customer: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at +91 63857 22296. Once the cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation message or email.
2. Order Cancellation by Yaali Fashion Jewels: We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances: The item is out of stock. Payment is not successfully processed. The delivery address is outside our shipping zones. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
1. Eligibility for Refunds: The order was canceled as per the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are applicable under the following conditions: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable Items: Items on sale or purchased during special promotions. Custom or personalized orders. COD and prepaid ship charges are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, contact us at +91 63857 22296 or email yaalijewellers@gmail.com with your order details and reason for refund. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping costs. In other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We currently offer direct exchanges/replacements only for defective/damaged items. Exchanges are applicable under the following conditions: You received a defective or damaged product. The product received is different from the one ordered. Unboxing video is mandatory for exchange return/replacement under 24 hours.
